Job Description
  • Student Administration Team Administrator (Processing student related administration and data entry)
  • Information Point Assistant/Receptionist (Assisting with the administration and queries which come into our various information points across campuses)
  • Project Administrator (Assisting with project related actions and administration across the university’s varied projects)
  • Specialist administration roles across departments (such as team administrator and Student Casework administrator)

Most roles require a mixture of working from home and from the office, though some roles can be from home only or from campus only. We generally get a mixture of part time and full time roles, though part time roles are less common and if we do get them they are about 18.5 hours per week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful you will need to have a wide range of administrative experience in customer focused environments. Experience of customer service is also essential, as well as good IT skills and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office. We also encourage candidates with project support experience to apply.
