Job Description

You’ll sit side by side with traders, learning every facet of how each desk is supported operationally. You’ll learn how to calculate and reconcile profit and loss. You’ll see the flow of our business – from the trades themselves to their settlement and reconciliation. You’ll participate in classroom training, learning about all of the different aspects of our business, and the tools and systems that make it all happen. You’ll learn tools like VBA, Python, and SQL, and then put them into practice as you take on projects, right from the start, that automate and improve processes within your role and within your team too. And you’ll have the opportunity to build insights and knowledge through a network of team members, managers, and senior managers who are eager to provide mentorship, guidance, and insights that support your overall career growth.

You’ll be placed within our Finance team, where you’ll have the opportunity to leverage the business knowledge you gained through your classroom and rotational training as you prepare and reconcile financial statements and general ledgers for entities you’re managing, including monthly and annual consolidated financial and regulatory reporting.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 3rd level degree – Accounting or Finance focused
  • Passion for accounting as a career choice
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Exposure to MS Access
  • Knowledge of, and an interest in, financial markets
  • Experience with VBA/SQL an advantage, Python a plus.
  • Relevant internship or experience working in an accountancy role is a plus
  • Previous experience a plus, but not essential
