Job Description

As the Accounts Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for queries, building successful relationships with internal and external departments.

  • Administration of purchase ledger accounts
  • Receive and record invoices from suppliers
  • Deal with queries
  • Match and file invoices with their matching receipts
  • Inputting timesheet information
  • Checking invoices
  • General administration
