Job Description

The department operates in a strong customer focused environment which is at the forefront of all decision making whilst managing fluctuating business volumes, growing competition, stretching service targets and rapid change. We are responsible for the management and administration of customer activity, from initial application, and throughout the lifecycle of the Mortgage. We are a multi skilled department, and you will be encouraged to interact with our customers in writing and via the telephone.

  • Provide an excellent level of Customer Service.
  • Be able to connect with Customers in writing and verbally.
  • Adhere to all legal, regulatory, compliance and audit requirements at all times.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of the Mortgage process.
  • Perform processing tasks to defined levels of efficiency and accuracy, working within departmental policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the Banks core values to enable success, team work and excellent customer service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good verbal and written skills, and passion for Customer Service,
  • The jobholder must have a flexible approach to the hours worked to meet fluctuating business needs and volumes.
  • Highly developed communication skills which will include excellent verbal and written communication skill.
