The department operates in a strong customer focused environment which is at the forefront of all decision making whilst managing fluctuating business volumes, growing competition, stretching service targets and rapid change. We are responsible for the management and administration of customer activity, from initial application, and throughout the lifecycle of the Mortgage. We are a multi skilled department, and you will be encouraged to interact with our customers in writing and via the telephone.
