Job Description

You will report directly to the Associate Director, Client Operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

  • Ensure and accurate NAV calculation on a weekly and monthly basis;
  • Respond to client queries;
  • Prepare SAS70 compliant weekly and monthly files;
  • Help with the audited Financial Statements and annual audit process;
  • Prepare reporting for the regulatory authorities
  • Preparation Non NAV tasks – distributions, launches, investment restrictions and liquidations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have a third level qualification (minimum 2.2 degree), qualified or part qualified accountant or other relevant qualification;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Financial Services preferably in administration of Hedge or Mutual Funds.
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of software applications;
  • Can demonstrate an understanding of the fund administration business;
