Job Description
You will be responsible for providing an effective Human Resource administration service in an efficient, professional and effective manner. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
- Ensure electronic and paper based personnel files are maintained and filing/archiving is completed in a timely manner
- Assist with performance reviews to ensure completion within the expected timescales and sharing best practice
- Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and submitted to the outsourced payroll provider in time for the monthly payroll run and that employees are paid correctly
- Manage all employee benefits such as Health Insurance, Death in Service, Pension, Childcare Vouchers and Cycle Scheme
- Report monthly overtime and costs
- Setup the monthly payments for payroll and update the bank template where necessary
- Lead and coordinate HR administration for starters and leavers
- Support with recruitment, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence where required
- Update the company organograms as required
- Assist with preparation - with a focus on job descriptions, training, organogram, work instructions
- Manage the training budget and coordinate all training requirements
