You will anticipate and solve problems before they arise and liaise frequently with senior colleagues and external stakeholders. In addition you may also have the opportunity to develop your own projects, taking responsibility for areas of work on behalf of the Deputy Directors and representing them in their absence. Previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Desirable criteria will only be assessed in the event of a tie break situation to make an informed decision.
