Job Description
You will ensure casework is triaged effectively and efficiently and all cases are advised on and managed in line with company policies and procedures and relevant legislation. This is a great developmental role for someone wishing to pursue a career.
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the team
- Effective triage of all casework at source by managing T1 cases and triaging T2 and T3 cases to Advisers
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in respect of low-risk related queries including absence management, probation, flexible working, and grievance/disciplinary matters, referring to the appropriate Adviser or Manager where required
- Escalate and alert high-risk cases or non-conformation of process in a timely manner to the Advice Team Manager
- Produce accurate statistics in line with business reporting requirements
