You will be responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the collection of meter readings, ensuring compliance with industry legislation, producing customer bills and making sure that any queries arising are dealt with in an efficient and proactive manner. As we are handling customer data, accuracy and attention to detail when updating our customer billing system is key, as is a professional, friendly and helpful manner to our customers and colleagues alike.
You will have experience within customer service, priding yourself on working well within a team and thrive on working under pressure whilst still demonstrating a high ability of accuracy within a fast-paced environment. We provide excellent opportunities for up skilling our people, so you will be keen to learn new processes and be able to show pro-activeness in excelling your learning. You must be confident and have experience in providing top level customer service via the telephone and in handling complaints.
