Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Maintain processes and workflows
- Administrative duties of adding and amending shift patterns on time & attendance systems.
- Updating employee files
- Support the HR Operations in various administrative tasks
- Processing starters and leavers, within required timescales
- Response/Resolution of queries & tasks that come into the Central Admin Team Email Inbox
- Creation of Clock Cards - new and replacements
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Upholding Company Values
- Undertake other projects as identified in the course of your work
- Represent the company & values of the business, portraying a professional and business like image
