Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Maintain processes and workflows
  • Administrative duties of adding and amending shift patterns on time & attendance systems.
  • Updating employee files
  • Support the HR Operations in various administrative tasks
  • Processing starters and leavers, within required timescales
  • Response/Resolution of queries & tasks that come into the Central Admin Team Email Inbox
  • Creation of Clock Cards - new and replacements
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Upholding Company Values
  • Undertake other projects as identified in the course of your work
  • Represent the company & values of the business, portraying a professional and business like image

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Preferable - be competent in IT applications and HR Systems (T&A/Payroll/HR)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of GDPR is beneficial
  • Having a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Planning and organizational skills, high level of numeracy.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Flexible and methodical approach to work and training.
  • Conscientious and reliable.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effectively priorities work load in order to meet set deadlines.
  • Able to work as part of a team and/or individually.
