Job Description
  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter (training provided)
  • Pre-screening direct candidates and creating shortlists for presentation to resourcing consultants, rejecting unsuccessful candidates, and creating talent pipelines
  • Arranging virtual and face-face interviews with both candidates and stakeholders
  • Updating the recruitment systems ensuring data is accurate, and maintaining all administrative process documentation ensuring they remain fit for purpose
  • Responding to general recruitment queries and assisting with ad-hoc business requests
  • Providing support to our HR Operations team where required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective organizational skills enabling you to priorities and multitask
  • A pro-active and flexible approach
  • Computer literacy well versed in Microsoft office software products and experience of using databases
  • An ability to operate in a consultative way with all levels of the business
  • Experience of candidate resourcing tools, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter License (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment is preferred.
