Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter (training provided)
Pre-screening direct candidates and creating shortlists for presentation to resourcing consultants, rejecting unsuccessful candidates, and creating talent pipelines
Arranging virtual and face-face interviews with both candidates and stakeholders
Updating the recruitment systems ensuring data is accurate, and maintaining all administrative process documentation ensuring they remain fit for purpose
Responding to general recruitment queries and assisting with ad-hoc business requests
Providing support to our HR Operations team where required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong attention to detail
Effective organizational skills enabling you to priorities and multitask
A pro-active and flexible approach
Computer literacy well versed in Microsoft office software products and experience of using databases
An ability to operate in a consultative way with all levels of the business
Experience of candidate resourcing tools, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter License (desirable)
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment is preferred.
