You will support a range off administrative activities, crucial to the smooth running of our busy operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and proactive individual looking for a role they can make their own in a small, busy and friendly office.
- Reception duties including welcoming visitors and taking calls
- Project administration tasks, liaising with client project teams to organize engineers onsite
- Procurement of transport for site deliveries, equipment, materials and hiring of plant
- Supporting the control of suppliers and sub-contractors
- Collation of Quality Assurance files
- Ensuring stock supplies are maintained
- Updating in-house packages with information received from site
- Collating performance review scores
- Day-to-day management of Pharos competency system
- Organizing training courses and keeping training records updated
- Monitoring Sentinel competencies via the Sentinel database
- Assisting with monitoring medical & health surveillance programme
