Job Description

You'll help identify, plan, priorities and coordinate the delivery of a range of multi-channel multi-brand communications, ensuring that customers are at the very heart of how we communicate, helping to improve the customer brand experience.

  • Planning, drafting and delivering mandatory, regulatory and operational customer communications across the various brands.
  • Ensuring the communications are sent using the right channel (e.g. direct mail, paperless, email, SMS), are insightful, clear, engaging, empathetic, and follow our Customer Communications principles.
  • Managing feedback and approvals on the communications as well as controlling budgets and expenditure across multiple campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues to identify and deliver improvements to current communications processes
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships both internally and externally, including with suppliers and agencies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A marketing background which includes end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Customer communications content development experience, in multiple formats including Direct Mail and email.
  • Hands-on experience of applying relevant consumer legislation to communications
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Experience in managing multiple project or campaigns concurrently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Communication and campaign experience gained within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe skills.
