Job Description

You will need to have a keen eye, as attention to detail is crucial for this role as all data needs to be precise.

  • Ensure customer invoices are raised and processed
  • Deal with orders for both wholesale and direct customers
  • Organize all wholesale transport
  • Review orders and invoices, raising any errors with the Commercial team
  • Process expenses monthly
  • Making sure all company polices are compiled too
  • Obtain proof of delivery documents

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience of achieving results
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Working knowledge on transactional accounting
