Job Description
The role covers a wide range of tasks and offers variety with month-end reporting as well as projects. It also provides great exposure to the operations of the whole business - ideal for someone transitioning from practice who wants to apply their existing skills, learn new ones and acquire a business acumen.
- Accounting for intangibles and holding companies, and assist with month-end close for the whole group.
- Preparation of monthly board reporting pack, including liaising with finance business partners and business personnel to collate relevant information.
- Monthly and quarterly bank reporting packs including calculation of covenants.
- Involvement in annual external audit, ensuring deadline for signing of financial statements is met.
- Corporation tax for the group, including monthly transfer pricing and tax postings and liaising with external advisors on preparation of the corporation tax returns.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
- Integrate new acquisition with our finance (NetSuite) & time recording systems
- Assist with submitting backlog of applications
- Finance Operations – ah hoc projects with AP, AR and Payroll Team
- Corporate Reporting – ad hoc projects with audit & reporting team
