Job Description
This role will support the Compliance team with administrative activities associated with Right to Work and Visa Management. This includes associated admin with employee relations cases which relate to Right to Work and providing support to the Specialists and Manager with audit checks.
- To undertake visa and checks on new hires through app-based workflow
- To administer letter to chase visa reminders and undertake file checks prior to engaging with colleagues
- Produce employee relations letters based on manager requests using a HR ticketing system to manage workload
- Set up users on our solution from requests from colleagues and maintain user data based on scheduled cleanses
- Undertake audit checks of files across a range of HR systems to cleanse record attachments and data
- Ensure accurate data entry on all records and consistent filing of supporting documents.
