Job Description

.  The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, taking on an administrative support role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase orders for the Key Accounts team
  • Logging customer documentation 
  • Data processing as required
  • Ensuring customer information is up to date
  • General administrative duties to support the team

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment where personal time management and ability to work to operational deadlines is key. You will be confident at building effective relationships and demonstrate good organizational, administration, data analysis and IT skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Microsoft Office knowledge (specifically Excel) Previous experience within an administration role Excellent communication skills
