You will be a key member of a small team responsible for dealing directly with internal and external customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will diagnose faults, raise jobs on our in-house systems, book appointments, and coordinate engineers/operatives' attendance at our customers' properties. You will also ensure that live jobs are managed and completed within service level agreement targets and schedule any follow-up appointments.
This role is varied. You will use your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to gather customer insight information to provide excellent customer service. You will also order materials, raise purchase order numbers and take minutes of meetings, ensuring prompt distribution.
