Job Description

-Work closely with Heads of Department to review actual costs against budget and forecast

-Management and maintenance of fixed asset register

-Responsibility for quarterly VAT returns and compliance

-Involvement in payroll; review of and supporting HR as required and responsibility for P11d reporting

-Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process

-Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations

-Dealing with queries and advising colleagues in the absence of the Finance Director

-Involvement in ad-hoc finance projects, reports and analysis as required by Finance Director

-Supervision and line management of the Accounts Payable function
