Job Description

The team support a wide range of discovery work, including cyber incident response, investigations and litigious exercises.

  • Administrative support to project managers on eDiscovery projects.
  • Adhering to and maintaining the operation processes of eDiscovery projects.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting to legal teams and end clients.
  • Supporting and maintaining MI reporting.
  • Management of centralized mailboxes and project closure.
  • Dealing with financial matters: arranging and processing payments, dealing with billing and accounts queries, recording and updating financial information.
  • Delivering high quality and timely output to internal and external clients.
  • Being a team player. Working with the team towards an environment of constant improvement: enthusiastically sharing with and helping others; and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as process improvement, training and research etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in a professional administration or support role is essential.
  • You must have good accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Competent MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • An aptitude for using and adapting technology to optimize efficiency.
  • Bright and engaged, with willingness to learn and use initiative.
  • A highly effective communicator - both written and oral.
