Job Description
The team support a wide range of discovery work, including cyber incident response, investigations and litigious exercises.
- Administrative support to project managers on eDiscovery projects.
- Adhering to and maintaining the operation processes of eDiscovery projects.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting to legal teams and end clients.
- Supporting and maintaining MI reporting.
- Management of centralized mailboxes and project closure.
- Dealing with financial matters: arranging and processing payments, dealing with billing and accounts queries, recording and updating financial information.
- Delivering high quality and timely output to internal and external clients.
- Being a team player. Working with the team towards an environment of constant improvement: enthusiastically sharing with and helping others; and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as process improvement, training and research etc.
