Job Description

Working closely with the Director, this role would be best suited to a bright individual that has some HR knowledge and an eye for detail. In return, you will benefit from a fun, friendly working environment and onsite parking.

  • Manage all HR and health and safety issues
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial adverts, liaising with recruitment companies, to embedding new starters 
  • Managing and auditing staff performance, delivering training to new and existing staff
  • Supporting the monthly payroll 
  • Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Adhoc project management assistance 
  • Some marketing and social media administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
