Job Description
Working closely with the Director, this role would be best suited to a bright individual that has some HR knowledge and an eye for detail. In return, you will benefit from a fun, friendly working environment and onsite parking.
- Manage all HR and health and safety issues
- Manage the recruitment process from initial adverts, liaising with recruitment companies, to embedding new starters
- Managing and auditing staff performance, delivering training to new and existing staff
- Supporting the monthly payroll
- Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Adhoc project management assistance
- Some marketing and social media administration
