WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
 

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Finance.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Production of management accounts 
• Balance sheet control 
• Line manager to a trainee accountant 
• Ownership of the balance sheet, including preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
• Owner of the cash flow forecast and related reporting
• Support the Financial Controller with the Finance Transformation projects
• Preparation of any ad-hoc requests from Senior Management
• Compliance with legal and statutory requirements (incl. VAT returns)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
 

Skills Required:

• Newly Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Experience of large businesses with fast-paced environment an advantage
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills, including ME excel, and evidence of embracing technology to improve performance & deliver growth
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at senior level
