Job Description

You will have minimal interaction with customers via the telephone, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and dealing with the requests of our customer accounts.

  • Be fully trained on the company and client systems, and continuously deepen your knowledge of individual policies/products
  • Be confident in dealing with authorizing payments, various different administration tasks, and making some outbound calls to customers ensuring a quick resolution.
  • Have a breadth of knowledge around the systems and processes, hitting productivity targets and successfully developing in your career.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Are passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Have experience in administration and customer service, including retail sector whereby you work closely with customer accounts
  • Are proficient in the use of basic computer systems and technology
  • Can assimilate new information quickly and be flexible and adaptable to change
