Job Description
You will have minimal interaction with customers via the telephone, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and dealing with the requests of our customer accounts.
- Be fully trained on the company and client systems, and continuously deepen your knowledge of individual policies/products
- Be confident in dealing with authorizing payments, various different administration tasks, and making some outbound calls to customers ensuring a quick resolution.
- Have a breadth of knowledge around the systems and processes, hitting productivity targets and successfully developing in your career.
