Job Description

The Business Planning & Analysis Analyst based in London will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the Private Equity and Real Estate deal teams in Europe
• Preparation of acquisition cash flows for acquisitions of investments
• Calculation of distribution waterfalls for refinancing, partial exits and exits
• Review of valuation model
• Liaising between investment team and external auditors during audits
• Preparation of annual budgets, updating forecasts, monitoring and reporting variances to senior management on a monthly basis
• Review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS
• Coordination and review of work performed by an external fund administrator

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A qualified ACA accountant Excellent academic results Commercially minded finance professional with an interest in investment management Team orientated in their approach to everything they do
