Job Description

You will collect customer insight information, diagnose faults, raise jobs, book appointments, and co-ordinate engineer/operative attendance. In addition, there will be general administrative duties including taking minutes, ordering materials, raising purchase orders, and other tasks commensurate with the position.

  • Call handling and providing the single point of contact for our customers
  • Gather customer insight information to assist with providing excellent customer service
  • Diagnosing repairs using your own technical knowledge of hard service functions
  • Raising jobs on the in-house repairs and maintenance software
  • Book appointments and schedule jobs against available resources
  • Coordinating available resources, both internal and external to ensure effective customer service
  • Liaise effectively with wider team to ensure all team requirements are effectively managed
  • Ensure follow up appointments are raised
  • Live jobs are managed effectively and completed within service/contract targets daily
  • Coordinate resources to ensure holidays, sickness and training is recorded and appropriate/effective cover is maintained
  • Take minutes at team or contract meetings and produce within a timely manner
  • Order materials to ensure the team can respond effectively to team requirements
  • Raise Purchase orders as part of our financial control process
  • Any other tasks commensurate with the position
