Job Description

To provide support for the Sourcing team to maintain factory efficiency and ensure on time deliveries. To provide administrative support across the Sourcing team as required.

  • Generating and issuing purchase orders.
  • Expediting orders.
  • Ensure weekly changing dates are kept up to date on the system.
  • Raising GRNs in transit, flagging any queries.
  • Work closely with production planning team to limit any issues with deliveries.
  • Assist with raw material stock take twice yearly.
  • Assisting Packaging Coordinator with administrative support on stationary, packaging and retail consumables, as needed.
  • Assist with forecasting seasonal buys on key raw materials.
  • To provide general administrative support across the sourcing department, as required.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience working in a purchasing environment.
  • Proficient using all Microsoft office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, priorities work and organize themselves well in a varied role to ensure deadlines are met.
