Job Description
  • Coordinate the Division’s consolidated monthly statutory reporting process with responsibility for ensuring statutory accounts align with commercial reporting ahead of submission to Group.
  • Lead the consolidation of the Division Budge/Forecasts and load of it to SAP and BCS systems.
  • Liaise with Group Tax, Group Finance and Regional finance teams on Contract Services Model (CSM) for us and related CSM postings and participate in projects relating to it.
  • Manage the processes supporting our review of transfer pricing models and the setting of and updating of detailed ICO transfer price lists.
  • Review ICO activity and oversee PIS elimination as part of monthly reporting close.
  • Responsible for preparing and review of our major foreign currency exposures and liaising with Group Treasury to arrange hedging and trades to cover off it.
  • Oversee reporting of Intangible Amortization and exceptional cost.
  • Leading and developing the global consolidation control team in terms of both their professional and personal development.
  • Owns the Governance process.
  • Other ad hoc items.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent track record of developing/leading a high caliber team.
  • Experience of working directly within international markets and across multiple international markets and/or within an FMCG environment.
  • Experience in managing, motivating and influencing in an environment of rapidly changing workload, tight deadlines, in the context of high client expectations and tight time frames.
  • A self-starter who has the ability to work well within a team and across geographical boundaries.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, good judgment making and logical decision maker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • ‘Can do’ attitude with strong values.
  • Ability to influence.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management.
