Job Description
We are looking for a committed, driven and keen individual to join our office staff. This is a fast paced role which is based around order processing and the use of email and Microsoft programmes. Experience preferred but training will be given. Hours of work will be 8am to 5pm. They will be working in the Production Office.
- Order Processing
- General admin duties: answering the phone, take messages, transferring calls to relevant staff
- Keeping records up to date, paper and computer based
- Using office equipment, such as printers, photocopiers, faxes, scanner
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Use different software (Excel, presentation, bespoke) in order to keep all records up to date.
