Job Description

Working closely with the Finance Director you will have a varied and challenging role that will include:
*Day to day management of the finance team
*Full control of the monthly management accounts to board pack and commentary
*Working with the Finance Director to present the monthly accounts to both senior stake holders and the board
*Review and interrogation of the P&L providing finance information to none finance areas
*Developing and encouraging junior members of the team through their CIMA/ACCA studies as well as assessing and assigning duties in line with your assessment of their skill set and potential
*Liaising with external auditors and banks providing support and assistance where necessary
*Driving and improving the reporting and systems procedures ensuring the business remains within their ambitious growth targets.
*Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
*Previous exposure at Finance Manager/Senior Management Accountant/Financial Accountant level
*Proven senior stake holder management/business partnering within both finance and none finance areas
*Knowledge of fast paced, dynamic and developing sectors
*Management of teams would be advantages although not essential providing you can demonstrate leadership and the desire to lead a team.
