Job Description
  • Processing day to day transactions on client account and office account; 
  • Processing banking online receipts and payments;
  • Bank lodgments;
  • Prepare bank reconciliations on client account and office account;
  • Perform month end reports, routine reports, yearend reports and preparation of various reports;
  • Prepare VAT returns and submitting to Revenue;
  • Posting invoices and payments;
  • Understanding and ensuring full compliance with Law Society Accounting Regulations;
  • Keeping a record of holidays and sick days for staff;
  • Keeping an off-site storage record;
  • Liaising with off-site payroll service provider;
  • Liaising with accountants;
  • Some admin work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Small practice experience;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Working knowledge of Key house/SAM accounts preferred;
  • Working knowledge of payroll preferred.
