Job Description

You know your accounting principles and the full accounting process end to end. You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. You move fast while keeping your attention to detail, and you tap into your problem-solving skills to support business objectives. • Partner with the Regional Controllership team and US GAAP to ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements for financial statement processes supported by the International Financial Reporting team.
• Support Share Based Compensation accounting and reporting process for the organization internationally.
• Develop subject matter expertise for complex accounting areas and partner with Regional Controllership teams to resolve technical queries and escalations.
• Apply data analysis techniques to datasets, ensuring financial statement accuracy.
• Manage effective communication by providing updates on complex central projects to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or other professional accounting accreditation
• Experience in accounting practice and/or public multinational technology companies.
• Experience with accounting or audit of Share Based Compensation plans.
• Understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP and related international accounting standards.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SQL programming, and similar programs.
• Ability to build relationships and credibility.
• Ability to manage a varied/diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and deliver continuous process improvement.
• Excellent people management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
