Job Description
  • Validate, pay and bill all keyed timesheets and cancellations
  • Run daily Payrolls and Billing in rotation with other team members
  • Process all PAYE starter details, bank details, P45 and any other new starter details
  • Process all statutory payments and court orders ensuring payment is forwarded to the correct party within the set deadlines
  • Assess all inbound queries and produce amendments as required
  • Ensure that all aspects of Pension processes are completed to set deadlines.
  • Involvement in the billing process for our clients
  • Providing specific and individual client billing reports
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients
  • Produce costing on demand
  • Oversee any bespoke billing arrangements
