You must have a strong PA background, experience of working at a high level within an organization, excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. They must be used to working with Directors and Board members and be confident in arranging meetings and preparing presentations and documents. A good eye for detail is a must as is the ability to problem solve.
You will support the team in scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, arranging events and the day to day running of the Group’s businesses. The role involves aspects of project management, travel arrangements and coordination with other departments.. The post holder will be expected to cover the Business Support & Communications Manager and the Quality Manager’s annual leave/sickness.
