Job Description

You will be reporting to the CFO and responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
• Tax reporting and inventory processing
• Collecting and analyzing data across each division in each territory, which is then used in the preparation of monthly reports
• Creating KPI reports
• Preparing cash flow statements, controlling expenditure and cash flow
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end and statutory accounts to IFRS and GAPP compliant accounting
• Assist in M&A activity
• Group forecasting – with the aim of building a scalable and efficient global accounting and finance function
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
• Examining financial records to check for accuracy
• Managing and training staff when necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 2 years’ industry or M&A experience
• Enjoy working in entrepreneurial environment
• An analytical mind
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
• Commercial and business awareness
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
• Ambitious with a desire to advance to C-Suite management level
• Independent and result orientated
