Job Description
  • Building scalable operations globally
  • Ensure the efficient operation of a robust control environment
  • Working closely with the Treasury, Product and International expansion teams, ensure robust controls are in place to support our global expansion
  • Ensure any reconciliation breaks are thoroughly investigated and remediated on a timely basis considering both tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Provide reconciled data for accountants and regulators
  • Ensure all data is covered and reconciled

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment in Financial Services / Banking sectors
  • Have recent experience leading Control function with strong technical background
  • Demonstrate strong team management and development skills to support and grow the team
  • Be able to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day and month-to-month hands-on 'doing'
  • Communicate confidently and with clarity and accuracy to all levels
  • Be a confident self-starter
  • You have graduated with at least a 2:1 from a top university
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail - leave no stone unturned
