Job Description

You will be a key member of client service teams helping companies to enable their automation goals through: optimization and simplification of their finance processes, lead the automation of finance, and design and execute the automation operating model through the use of automation. We value strong finance process knowledge, experience with automation projects, problem solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to remain logical in ambiguous situations. Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver and manage finance transformation projects in one or more of the following areas:-

• Finance Process Optimization and Simplification
• Finance Automation projects: discover and quantify automation opportunities, lead multi-disciplinary teams to design and run automation projects
• Designing and implementing automation solutions across the finance function
• Developing strategies and plans for finance automation
• Providing quality advice to clients based on experience and leading industry practice
• Project management and business development

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Prior consulting experience in finance process optimization and automation, or significant roles in large scale finance automation transformation projects in industry is essential.
• Typically qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or other accounting qualification, and a strong academic record.
• Automation certification and experience in participating in automation programmes highly desirable
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical.
• Ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables.
• Initiative and a proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen.
