Job Description

You will join at an exciting time for the business within an evolving finance team. This is a great opportunity for a senior accounts payable professional to take a step up to lead a small team in a dynamic business.

  • Oversee the groups AP process;
  • Managing a small team of accounts payable analysts;
  • Training, developing and mentoring junior members of the team;
  • Setting KPI’s alongside Financial Accountant;
  • Building and maintaining supplier relationships;
  • Processing PO’s;
  • Oversee employee expenses and payment plans;
  • Ownership of bank accounts;
  • Assisting with month-end processes and close;
  • Prepayments and accruals;
  • Reconciling month-end GL;
  • Assisting with projects and process improvements on a regular basis;
  • Training, mentorship and development across the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 5 years’ experience working in Accounts Payable function;
  • Strong end to end AP knowledge;
  • Experience with the development of new members within the AP team;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Demonstrated involvement in projects (system upgrades and
  • improvements);
  • Exposure to high volume B2B environment.
