Job Description

Supporting the sales team and includes day-to-day contact with our clients and potential buyers, matching buyers to properties and booking and undertaking some viewings. Responsibilities Include -

  • Registration of new buyers and maintaining client files on the internal data base.
  • Preparation of property brochure & coordinating marketing.
  • Liaising with the internal on-boarding and compliance teams where necessary.
  • Management of the invoicing process for the team and assist with invoicing and debt collection ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner and debt is kept to a minimum.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A professional and polite attitude.
  • Outstanding attention to detail due to the nature of the role requiring credit checks of clients.
  • Ability to priorities tasks and work at a fast pace with accuracy.
  • To be reliable and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team or with autonomy.
