Job Description
You will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
- Covering Reception onsite and providing onsite support to colleagues
- Working with the Business Support Manager in all aspects of data breaches
- Managing and maintaining databases within the business
- Investigating all unusual incidents raised within the contact Centre
- Reviewing reports as directed by the Incident Manager
- Providing a quality service and working in an organized and structured way
