Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage the full recruitment cycle, responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates in your field Accountancy and Finance
  • Written specific adverts to attract high calibre candidates
  • Business development of new clients to gain market share, this involves warm and cold calling
  • Account management of existing clients
  • Attending client meetings
  • Networking at key industry events
  • Providing a solution at every step of the way to your client

The Person

  • You will be able to demonstrate achievement in your career to date and ideally have a strong academic background / graduate calibre
  • An individual who is likely to have worked in a sales / previous recruitment background or be able to apply sales skills within a business to business setting
  • You will be a strong communicator with a desire to build strong commercial relationships 
  • You will be career driven and ambitious
  • You will have a strong business background
