As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage the full recruitment cycle, responsibilities include:
Sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates in your field Accountancy and Finance
Written specific adverts to attract high calibre candidates
Business development of new clients to gain market share, this involves warm and cold calling
Account management of existing clients
Attending client meetings
Networking at key industry events
Providing a solution at every step of the way to your client
