Job Description

This is a permanent position role, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

  • You will assist with the administration of dentist and hygienist compliance documentation in a busy People Department. This role is purely data focused and system driven so a passion for data integrity is needed. The role will require an excellent standard of verbal and written communication with Practice Managers, Clinicians and Support Centre Colleagues
  • Delivers outstanding results, whether big or small. Creates a positive working environment and provides visible support to other team members and proactively work together to create an environment to love your everyday.
  • Delivers the optimum experience for all users of the service, at all stages of the ‘associate life cycle’. To include processing of all data cleansing and compliance documentation. Strives for service excellence. Supports operational managers as a clinician and keeps relevant people informed.
  • Your main focus will be to ensure that the data held within HR system is accurate and up to date updating DBS and Right to Work records as well as other ad hoc data tasks. This role contributes to development and change of service delivery; we value your input and involvement in the changes/enhancements in technology, process and people.
  • Commercial Contract Compliance – You protect the company from risk by accurately carrying out high volumes of administration tasks. This ensures compliance with legislation, regulation and our policies/brand standards; including right to work, clinical referencing, GDC registration, education and qualification checks, GDPR (data protection), equality, etc. Core part of the role that underpins all other activities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous administration experience within a recruitment or HR environment
  • Previous experience drafting letters
  • Proven background in improving processes
  • Good IT skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Confidence to take own initiative following guidance
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Willingness to understand and learn about complex legal documentation
  • Thorough, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically
  • Highly organized with the ability to priorities
