Job Description

This role would perfectly suit a naturally motivated individual seeking a varied role in which you will play an integral part in the smooth running of a busy office. You will undertake key administrative and supportive tasks, corresponding with clients and third parties by phone, email and post, deal with a varied range of queries on a daily basis, and keep systems in order.

  • Process withdrawal requests for customers in a timely manner
  • Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
  • Prepare client review packs including valuations & supporting paperwork
  • Ensure that all business applications are processes accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firms standards
  • Answering and directing calls accordingly
  • Liaising with relevant third parties chasing outstanding documents
  • Ensure records are kept in line with GDPR and compliance regulations

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least a year’s experience working within an administrative role OR in a financial planning environment
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook proficiency
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client trust and inspire confidence
  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Highly organized, methodical and disciplined
