Job Description

Our client is a successful Chartered firm looking to add to their team through recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive. You will assist the Partner and wider team on a variety of corporate finance assignments ranging from business valuations and due diligence to transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and disposals.

Day to day duties will include;

• To assist the Partner in all aspects of corporate finance assignments, typically for OMB clients
• Take part in client meetings
• Financial analysis on client businesses
• Due diligence on a wide range of projects
• Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
• Assess and predict financial risks and returns
• Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations
• The role will also include building and maintaining good relationships with clients, legal advisors and lenders

You will be/have;

• A qualified ACA or ACCA accountant seeking a move from an M&A, Corporate Finance or Audit/Accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage commercially with clients
• Robust project and client management skills
• Accurate, organised and have first rate numeracy/writing skills

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
