Job Description

You will be responsible for multiple customer communications and will need to have strong organizational skills, be tenacious and possess great communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Liaise in a clear and timely manner with customers and internal staff via emails and phone calls to
  • Manage requests for installation of mains and/or service connections on predominantly residential new build projects.
  • Assist in collating performance statistics for monthly KPI reporting.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely updating of the master spreadsheet.
  • Assist with the coordination of project materials for regional projects.
  • Assist with raising purchase orders for regional projects as required.
  • Complete relevant water paperwork for all regional project water authorities for service connections.
  • Collate and send daily confirmations and reminders to customers as required.
  • Answering and ‘gate keeping’ phone calls coming into the team.
  • Request proof of deliveries from suppliers for all regional orders.
  • Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Site Works Team Leader.
  • Promote and demonstrate a culture of Health Safety & Quality at all times
  • Work within UK Policies and Procedures.
  • Review works completed versus scheduled and ensure that customers are informed
  • Assist with resolving any missing asset information

  • Strong communications skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Previous experience in the utility sector.
  • Previous administration or coordination experience
