Job Description
  • Responsible for being first point of contact for the Site office
  • Distribute, scan/copy and file all correspondence as required
  • Arranging meetings and refreshments
  • Keeping the Project Management team informed about ongoing, completed and upcoming tasks
  • Assisting in the collation of site information and the compilation of various reports (Health & Safety/Environmental/CSR figures)
  • Monitoring and ordering of site stationery
  • Responsible for external distribution of post
  • Record electronically site staff sickness and holidays
  • Liaising with sub-contractors, senior management and clients as required and instructed
  • Administration of the project email folder

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Team player, flexible able to work within a team
  • Excellent computer skills and willingness to expand knowledge of other applications.
  • Experienced user of electronic document management systems. Systems such as, Livelink, BIM 360, etc. Skills are transferable from other systems and training is available.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a similar role ideally within construction
