Job Description

You will have ownership of all systems within the Systems Support Team. You will consistently demonstrates exceptional internal and external service with clients, along with the core values: Integrity, Commitment and Performance.

  • Client Relationship: Point-of-contact for multiple clients and vendors (internal and external) at a daily operational level.
  • Liaise with all teams within Fund Solutions to deliver routine maintenance, operational efficiencies and production support. Manage production issues effectively to mitigate business risk and system downtime.
  • Participate in quarterly system maintenance, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery and release events.
  • Complete testing of new features on our FIS InvestOne Enterprise and Fund Recs systems
  • Process ad-hoc system configuration when advised by Fund Accounting.
  • Ensure system production issues are effectively managed i.e. appropriate teams are involved and escalation process is adhered to.
  • Manage internal (Jira) and external ticketing systems (FIS, Fund Recs, Deep Pool, etc.) so that all requests are actively worked through to completion.
  • Effectively plan and schedule tasks so that all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Take an active role in the testing and implementation of new tasks as the team grows in size and complexity
  • To comply with appropriate internal controls within area of responsibility
  • Ensuring that operational checklists are followed
  • Prepare and maintain the procedures within the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong MS Office skills – in particular Excel, VBA and Word
  • Accounting / Business / IT Degree
  • Organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking: problem solving and reasoning skills
  • 1-2 years minimum Fund Accounting experience
  • FIS InvestOne (formerly SunGard) experience
  • Fund Recs Experience
  • Macro building and maintenance experience
  • Multitasking skills
