Duties will include:
*Management of weekly site and consolidated cash flow forecasting, related liaison with Financial Accounting Manager & Finance Director
*Quarterly VAT returns
*Assisting with compliance and legislation
*Comply accurately with corporate governance, risk management procedures, financial controls and company policies and processes.
*Management of cash flow forecasts
*Helping transactional team on an ad hoc basis
*Ad hoc reporting as required
*Work as part of a team whilst providing accurate, high quality and transactional processing.
*Maintain financial records inclusive of payroll, tax, banking and intercompany accounts
*Preparing and reviewing of ledger reconciliations.
*Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts for group and subsidiaries as well as annual statutory audit with external auditors.
*Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Candidate Requirements:
*Be a part qualified accountant that is actively studying towards full qualification in ACCA/CIMA
*Experience in financial accounts
*Knowledge of Sage
*Experience of preparing bank reconciliations
*Proven experience of assisting the implementation of process improvements
*Excellent communication skills
*Advanced user of Excel
